Annotations
- 1 Header. Personalized greeting with today's shape at a glance ("6 turnovers today"). Search (⌕) opens global spotlight; bell opens Inbox. Dot badge indicates at least one unread priority item. Avatar tap opens the profile / multi-org / language menu.
- 2 Priority Strip. 0–3 cards maximum. Only surfaces items that need immediate attention. Here: access code changed for a unit later today — the tasker must see this before she drives there. Strip is empty and invisible when nothing needs attention — timeline moves up in its place.
- 3 Now card. The active task. Visually promoted with a thick accent border. Shows elapsed time, checklist progress, photo count, and inherited reservation context inline (Principle 2 — Reservation-aware by default). The "early check-in (upsell)" note tells Maria why speed matters without surfacing the dollar amount (Principle 3 — revenue-silent for taskers). Primary action: Continue; secondary: Pause.
- 4 Next card. Upcoming task, lighter styling. Arrival chip flags when the next guest arrives, making urgency visceral. Drive gap between cards helps with route planning (JTBD T-1).
- 5 Collapsed later. Rest of the day rolled up into one card. Tap expands. Keeps the focus on Now and Next without losing the shape of the day.
- 6 End-of-day card (not shown; appears after final task completes). Celebratory completion message with shift summary and a single "Submit for payroll" CTA (JTBD T-8).
- Tab bar. Four shared tabs across both personas (Principle 12 — Cross-device parity). Always reachable.
- FAB (+). Quick Add bottom sheet. For Maria, the primary action here is "Report Issue" (Principle 5, 6). For Manager, this would include "New Task" and "Issue".
